What to Expect When You Arrive

The theatre experience at Constellation is very casual and our patrons have a wonderful time. Yet, there are some policies to know before entering the theatre that will enhance your play-going experience, as well as that of your neighbors.
  • We change the configuration of the space for each performance.

  • All seats are reserved. Patrons may choose their exact seat at the time of purchase.

  • All performances begin promptly. There is no late seating at Constellation, and no refunds for latecomers. Please allow extra time to get to the theatre.

  • Use of cameras and recording devices (including cell phones) is not allowed in the theatre.

  • Patrons who need to leave their seats during the performance may not be able to be reseated.

  • Concession, including wine, beer, soda, candy and other snacks are available in the lobby. Drinks may be brought into the theatre. We ask patrons to consume all snacks in the lobby, so as not to distract other patrons during the performance. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

  • Children under ten years of age are not allowed into performances.
