What to Expect When You Arrive
The theatre experience at Constellation is very casual and our patrons are having a wonderful time. Yet, there are some policies to know before entering the theatre that will enhance your play-going experience, as well as that of your neighbors.
- We change the configuration of the space for each performance. Please click here to view the seating chart.
- Seats are both reserved and general admission. Subscribers and patrons who purchase reserved tickets have the ability to choose seat locations in advance. Patrons who have purchased general admission tickets may select any seat in the general admission section once the house has opened.
- All performances begin promptly. There is no late seating at Constellation, and no refunds for latecomers. Please allow extra time to get to the theatre.
- Use of cameras and recording devices (including cell phones) is not allowed in the theatre.
- Patrons who need to leave their seats during the performance may not be able to be reseated.
- Concession, including wine, beer, soda, candy and other snacks are available in the lobby. Only treats purchased at the Concessions Booth may be brought into the theatres -- no outside food or beverages are allowed.
- Children under ten years of age are not allowed into performances.
