FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE POLICY 

If on the day of your performance you do not feel well, please email us at boxoffice@ConstellationTheatre.org to cancel your tickets. We will be in touch to exchange or refund your tickets by the next business day.

Masks are optional except for Saturday Matinees where they are required.

NEW HVAC SYSTEM

​CulturalDC has installed a new HVAC System with MERV-13 filters at Source Theatre.

​

SEATING CONFIGURATION

We sell our shows at full capacity, which means there will not be any physical distancing within the venue. When seated, you will have patrons directly next to, in front of, and behind you.

NO CONCESSIONS

Concessions will not be available. No outside food or drink is permitted. 

​

CUSTOMER SERVICE 

If needed, there will be two front-of-house staff members available to help and assist you.

 

RESTROOMS

There are two restrooms in the lobby available for use before and after the performance.

 

CLEAN HANDS

Hand sanitizer stations will be available in the lobby and the entrance to the theatre.
